NYC Day 2

Since I haven't done a lot of the things that NYC natives take for granted I asked one of my friends if she wanted to go to Coney Island with me. So we hopped the train and headed out to Coney Island. We got there and took a nice walk around checking out the rides. We were told that we had to try the Polar Express. So we hunted down the ride and bought our tickets. What a ride, the DJ rocks, but one warning if you sit on the outside be ready to be crushed Then it was off to the Cyclone for a few thrills and chills. Yet again the cash for the ride was well worth it. There is something about old roller coasters that make them even scarier than any of those high tech coasters. (Another great old coaster is the Jack Rabbit which is even older than the Cyclone!) We finished the trip by taking a nice walk down the boardwalk and checking out one of the piers. It was nice to sit back and relax in the sun.

After returning to my buddies place we decided that we would head out to get a few Yuenglings for later on that night. So on the way back from the local K-Mart, hey $9.95 is a great price, as we are walking down the street guess who walks by? You got it David Lee Roth! Yep the one and only, he walked by us close enough, that if I wanted to, I could have touched him. So it was back to the pad for a nice night of hanging out with friends.
